Questioning My Experience

Hey everyone

So, I am fairly recently just exiting a relationship that was toxic- I can finally fully admit that- and during that time that I was in the relationship there were some... Things that had happened.

Now, I've been sexually assaulted/abused before so, like... This should be easier. But I'm finding it really hard to decipher whether or not what I went through is considered assault, or if I'm just over reacting/making a big deal out of nothing... And I was wondering if anyone would be willing to listen to my experience and give me some insight.
