Since your issue is of sensitive nature I would suggest to you to talk to a listener of your choice to vent. You can browse for listeners and make choice based on your preferences like gender, age, country. Please also read some of the reviews to get some idea about what other members have to say about that listener,.However that is not a guarantee for you to have a fruitful conversation with the listener if they have positive reviews though it is more likely. You might have to talk to a few listeners before settling for one or two with whom you feel comfortable. It is important that you share what you have kept bottled up for long time.
