To all survivors and warriors

I fought many fights, and yes, I've been thinking about give up thousands time.

In time, I've been lose many battles but I am still standing here.

Cause I truly don't want to let him win.

I have been gone through this so far, how could I just give up like this?

No. I won't give up even I thought about it.

I want those fights to be worthy.

I want this fight and other fights in the future to be worthy to fight.

The nightmares are never end.

Keep repeating everyday.

Chasing by the ghost, the monster,

until I am exhausted.

But I never giving up.

Cause I'm a warrior.

Broken pieces of heart seem unfixable.

Sit with them, sit with void quietly.

It might be terrifying,

or feel emptiness or numbness.

But hey, I am feel the same too.

Let's through the hell together.

The broken heart doesn't have to be fixed.

Let's carrying the broken pieces.

Walk through every step until we can feel the heartbeat again.

If you couldn't find a reason to stay alive,

don't let it bothering you,

just do whatever you like/love.

Perhaps one day,

you will smile again.

Your heart will shine again.

Whoever you are, wherever you are, my dear,

I hear you, I believe you.

You are brave. You are strong.

You are worthy. You are loved.

Remember who you are.

I'm so proud of you that have been going through this alone in the healing journey.

We're survivors and warriors.

Fight the good fight.

Let's fight together.

Those words written by me who is the sexual assault survivor, still suffering and fight alone as well.
