Unsure of what happened
I had sex with a friend but ... after having time to think about what happened I don't feel it was all consensual. Who do I talk to about this. I'm so confused how to feel and think, I trusted him but was left alone and hurt mentally, I just feel confused.

When we trust someone and they betray our trust, it can be immensely painful. It's okay for you to experience such emotions.
As for who you should talk to, if you have family members or friends that you trust, you may want to reach out to them for support!
