Focus On Your Strengths
After a negative experience(s) involving bullying, there is a possibility for one to feel badly about themselves, and the manner by which they have been bullied. I feel it is important to thereafter focus on one's positive traits, and characteristics, in order to assist themselves to create a positive mental focus, and assist to heal and to recover from bullying.
For those of you who have been bullied, it will be a positive thing to continually remind yourself, and praise yourself, for the many positive strengths which you do possess, as well as to focus on the positive things that are going well within your life. You can write these down if you do prefer.
What are your personal positive traits, that you can now focus on after having been a victim of bullying? No-one should feel that they are alone in this; many people around the world, are being bullied for the exact same characteristic(s) that you are being bullied for.

No problem :)
@IsabelleJ Thanks for these words of stregnth and support. When you are bullied find someone to remind you of your great qualities if you need that. A friend's words of encouragement can help break down all those negative words from a bully. But you are righ that its so very helpful for YOU to remind yoruself what is true and real and how false the bullies statements are.

Some great insight, here. Finding people who can positively support you, and looking at a situation realistically, that what the bullies are saying or doing is incorrect, and underlining the true positive aspects of you, can be very valuable
I feel that my personal strengths include skills of articulation, creative abilities, and being a musically inclined person. I am good at creating music, and sharing it with others. I also am a caring person, who possesses an innate desire to help people.
