I believe that many people who bully are secretly unhappy with themselves or their life.
from my experience i d say: People who hurt others, are hurt.
As i experienced, people who bully others are trying to gain control and attention. Maybe they arent in control of their own life or felt invisible in the past and want to show others, that they are ,, important" and want respect.
