Radicial acceptance or empathy. It might have not helped me before but remembering only, Hurt people hurt (other) people. It is cheesey and easy for me to remember.

This is important I think; realizing that bullying is not about issues with you, but with a bully.
Coping is such an essential part to help combat or lessen the trauma due to bullying! Personally, I find it great to listen to calming music, sketch (even though I'm bad at it
), and do other things that I enjoy and calm me at the same time. I hope this helps!

Music and art are helpful for me as well. I find listening to specific bullying songs to be helpful (I've posted them in this forum section), and creative arts projects can act as a therapeutic type of a release. I also find writing to be therapeutic and helpful.
My top strategy to cope with bullying, has been to talk to other people about my experiences. When you vent to supportive people who care about you, it can help you to cope with difficult situations which you did not deserve. Nobody deserves to be hurt, for any reason.
