What Other People Think Is None Of Your Business
When a person is being bullied, they may be on the receiving end of negative comments, insults, and harsh criticisms. These put-downs should not be taken personally by you. There is nothing wrong with you, no matter how fervently a bully tries to bring you down, and tear you down emotionally.
Negative comments coming from others have to do with issues which a bully does possess. He or she is bullying you because they are acting out of their own problems, desires and motives to do so. Just because a bully says something negative to you, it doesn't mean that what they are saying, holds any truth or validity.
If you are being bullied for any characteristic, you are certainly not alone! There are many people out there in the world in the same situation as you. These circumstances and traits are not WHO you are (whether it be race, disability, a health condition, etc.), they are situations which you are in, and these situations are not automatically BAD, just because a bully thinks they are. A bully's opinion should be "none of your business," and a bully has no place to interfere negatively in your life.
Focus on the things and people and activities in your life that matter, and engage in positive, healthy activities. These will allow you to heal and cope with the bullying.
Any thoughts are welcome.

Mindfulness section here helps me with all kinds of anxiety including bully related. :)
@CoinFountain
Yes, I think being mindful helps one to stay focused on the present moment, and will act to help to minimize thinking about painful memories of experiencing bullying in the past.
