What Would You Tell A Good Friend Being Bullied?

Sometimes, in order to effectively help ourselves, it helps to speak to ourselves in supportive, positive ways - just like you would speak to a good friend.

What advice would you give to a good friend being bullied?

@IsabelleJ I would tell my friend that bullying says more about other people and their insecurities than it does about the person that bullies have chosen to target. I would tell my friend that they are perfect as they are and that bullies will find any reason they can to put another person down or make someone feel bad. I would be there for a friend to listen, to care and do to what i could to support them.
