Need support

WE all wish there isnt any war, conflict in the world and some people even think of a world free of aar and conflicts. Thsrs a simple utopia which is justva fictitious and imaginary condition wothout any reality or truth in it.

My dear, war will never end in the world. Consider it a part of the world history as well as future. Consider it a new normal. Yes, the only dilemma is, it will remain on in certain parts of the world at one time. So it will be a sort of cycle. We need to get used to it or else have the ability to avoid war zones by moving, migrating etc

What's your opinion on that please

War imprints one in ways that are sometimes permanent. But hey,  you can get through this. It may be tough, but you are tougher.

You reached out here. That is a lot. Fighting a war inside you deserves respect too. So be easy on yourself, ok ? Sometimes may have to sit with very difficult emotions, fears, etc. But dont let them change how you see yourself. You are greater than this. They are just feelings, inside you , but not YOU. Take care of yourself ♥️
