An idea for people that made a question "Is this your first time here?"

Hi, I got an idea for all listeners.. Basically, I have noticed that there are listeners like newbies that talk and some other listeners is helping them with the newbie listener situation for the member, and what I mean by that, who ever is helping newbie listeners with tips on what to do and what not, could change a few things on how to start the chat... As for example I have noticed a lot of listeners asking if its your first time here, and I got no clue how it became a thing to everyone all of a sudden... I want to change that instead of asking that question over and over.. The listener could just look up the members profile (you can ask the guest for that question) like when did they join or how many growth points they have.. Like it's not that hard, I'm not trying to complain but cmon people, it would be better and simply easier to know.. As in example if you check my profile, you can see I been here for a very long time now.. so you wouldn't even need to ask that right ? And so on with the other profiles... So it was simply an idea to those who made the idea of asking if its your first time here... And does anyone agree with that ?

Hi! I'm very sorry so many listeners have asked you the same questions over and over again! I think I know how that feels, I get the same questions over and over in other places...I wonder why they do! well, to answer your questions here, as a listener here, we ask that question because we listeners have this one thing to say to everyone that is new. It is to inform them how the 7 cups works, and most importantly, that we don't give advice, and only provide listening. some people do come in just for advice, and I can understand that advices are great to hear but it could also become harmful...and many people don't really know that:) BUT yes! I do look at the member or guest infromation on the left side so I don't have to ask and they don't need to hear it! It's really nice that you have come here to mention this I bet many members are also being told this a lot:) thank you also for the opportunity to let me explain why we ask:) it's important:)

Oh! and yes! I should look at growth points! the time of how long a member has been a member is not really a good indicator I think bexause some people just make a profile and leave sometimes coming back years or months after but yeah! growth points!
