I feel as though the 7 cups of tea core values areto Listen. Listening tosomeone who is having a day bad or a hard time and just trying to support them best way possible.

I totally think the same thing, it establishes people to learn how to listen and not judge. To be there for others unconditionally and to simple learn how to help others. Because lets face it, everyone needs this.

I couldn?t agree with you more! The best you can do for someone is to listen what he or she has to say and not just to vent your problems but to help the person to feel heard and understood.
