I just wanted to know, for the ones who haveasymmetries in their face or certain body parts, how do you deal with it? I have asymmetry on the left side of my face and it really makes me feel bad and super conscious and anxious though my mom told it isn't really noticeable but I CAN REALLY SEEIT! specially on picturescryingtherefore I refrain from taking a pic of myself and publicizing it.I feel sad about it.frown

Please let me know your insights with regards to this and tips on how to compensate to it.

THANK YOU GUYS IN ADVANCE!laugh

The vast majority of people have asymmetrical features. We tendto notice their own physical "flaws" much more than others do, since we spent more time looking for them and fretting about them.

Even celebrities are asymmetrical, check it out:

A lot of people have asymmetries. I myself feel like the entire left side of my body is bigger than my right side. But no one else but me has ever noticed that. I think we can often be too-self critical and focus on aspects of ourselves that otherwise no one would notice, and sometimes we even make up imperfections. I guess the think you have to remember is, no one is perfect. When you go out, try to really look at every third person you see (it can be any number you want) and notice if they are perfectly symmetrical, don't cherry pick. When you watch TV, try to count how many people you see with asymmetrical features, the number might be higher than you think.

Thanks for teaching me how to spell asymmetrical.
