A great idea for stress relief

I have come with an idea I heard about which is really helpful to relieve yourself from stress.

You know anyone can count from 1 to 100, but how about you count 100 to 1? It looks easy at the beginning, but when you finish, start to count again from 100 down and to jump the second number (100-98-96-94….2,1)

Then jump two numbers (100-97-94-91-88….1)

Then repeat counting to jump 4 numbers, then 5, then 6 until last step when you jump 10 numbers as it becomes (100-90-80-79…0)

I know it will go harder and harder.

Do it in the bed, I’m pretty sure you will fall in sleep happily, and you see sweet dreams.

anyone who is ready to do that, please share your thoughts, of course when you wake up 😂

Thank you

@HamzahM Anybody can do it anywhere, not only in the bed. Especially when you are stressed.

That sounds like a nice idea, for me I couldn't count backwards well since I have dyscalculia.

@HamzahM - Let me rephrase what I said earlier. The idea that you presented was a nice idea that may work for some people, but it's not something that I can personally do because I have dyscalculia, which is a math learning disability. One of the many symptoms of dyscalculia is "difficulty counting backwards." Dyscalculia is not something that can be cured, and it's not something that one can overcome by "trying harder" or by being tutored. It's a lifelong condition. Hopefully, my rephrasing of what I said earlier will help educate people about dyscalculia. :)
