HI everyone, I just joined 7cups as a listener yesterday and was trying to get past step 8 in the My Progress path, which is the following:

General Requests

Please take a general request chat now. At the bottom of the page you’ll see a bar that is either green or orange with a button that says “General Requests.” Click on it and then select a member. Some people have indicated the issue they want help talking through. Remember, we have your back and we are in the listener support room to offer guidance.

To move forward on this step, you will need to reach 1 “Chat”
(30 message exchanged between you & the member)



I'm having a couple of problems with this step. For one, I've tried on both the app and the website (both on phone and computer) and there is no bar that is green or orange. There is a bar that lets me accept requests to chat with people, but I've had 5 conversations with much more than 30+ messages exchanged since and this step is not listed as complete. As for the actual page, besides the above text and a button for upvote/downvote, it hasn't progressed further with a place to click (ex: go to the next step like it has been for the previous steps 1-7) so I'm not sure how to progress further. Any help would be much appreciated, thank you so much!!
