Im facing a difficult life decision, i have been practising sports for 12 years to be a professional athlete, but now i have social anxiety and my brain is making exuses to quit and persue business which is my dream now, i dont know if im being a coward, if my brain is justifying my decision because of my social anxiety, everytime i think of not quitting, i feel butterflies in my stomach, its been *** for the last year, what should i do, i have 3 days left to make a decision, should i listen to my deep heart and stay even though every day i spent was *** last year, and try to overcome my social anxiety, or persue business, commerce, i feel happy doing it
