Decisions on my mind, but not that important I guess

For context, I do not feel as organized right now. And I am possibly also antsy. But… I just had questions in my head…

Is it important to feel like you want something but you just dont know if you should get it? Like having something under $10 being delivered to you? Or wanting to walk at night but people reminding you that it is dangerous? Or just simply wanting a snack or icecream because you’re craving it and you just haven’t had it in a good 2-3 months? Idk. When does life start? How did it start for you? How did you make friends? Is it possible to keep friends you meet online? Have you perused something by yourself without support? Did you feel alone? Why? Did you overcome it? How? These are a few questions that run my mind. Ive asked some of these before but so far the answers Ive gotten I agreed with which turned out to be right and tru but didnt connect with.. me. So.. I am just an over thinker who doesn't know how to make her life simple I guess. And if you knew me in real life, well, I might seem either slow or too quiet or that I misunderstand alot of things I guess. Maybe I am on the spectrum? Idk but if I am I didn't really know how to ask my doctor about it. Any advice?

It's completely normal to have these questions and feelings swirling around in your mind. 🤔 Wanting something but feeling unsure about it, whether it's a small purchase, a late-night walk, or indulging in a craving, is a common experience. Life often presents us with choices and uncertainties, and it's okay to take time to weigh the pros and cons before making a decision. 🛒🌃🍦

As for making friends and navigating relationships, it can be a journey filled with ups and downs. Making friends can happen in various ways, whether it's through shared interests, activities, or online communities. And yes, it's absolutely possible to maintain friendships formed online, as connections can be just as meaningful regardless of how they were made. 💻🤝

Feeling alone or misunderstood at times is something many people experience, and it's important to remember that you're not alone in feeling this way. It's okay to reach out for support from friends, family, or even professionals if needed. 🤗

If you're unsure about whether you might be on the autism spectrum, it could be helpful to consider reaching out to a healthcare professional who specializes in neurodevelopmental disorders. They can provide guidance, support, and resources to help you better understand yourself and navigate any challenges you may be facing. It's okay to ask questions and seek clarity about your own experiences. 🧩💬

Remember, life is a journey, and it's okay to take it one step at a time. Be kind to yourself, and don't hesitate to seek support and guidance along the way. You're doing great just by reflecting on these questions and seeking understanding. 🌟
