Was recommended this app and now that I’m here I’m not sure where to begin. Feeling really lost. Idk. This seemed like a good place to say that. I’m not into technology so this is really wierd and I doubt it will actually be helpful

I’m not sure I have mental capacity to try and “navigate” anything right now tbh. The bot isn’t helping and I don’t know about these “listeners”
