I thought we would be married by now. He wants to take a break. He says we didn’t break up though. Idk how I’m gonna get myself to not message him. It hurts too much seeing him online. What do I do.?

Have you clarified what a break entails and why he wants the break? If not, maybe set up a time to figure out what exactly is going on?
