Hi! I Am ALEX! I will have a long text so apologies pwq

I feel everything deeply, all the time. My emotions don’t come quietly—they rush in, layer over each other, and sometimes it feels like I’m drowning in them. One moment I’m okay, and the next I’m spiraling, caught in thoughts I can’t seem to turn off.

At the same time, my past is never really gone. Memories from when I was a child come back, and they don’t just feel like memories—they feel present, like I’m still carrying that sadness with me. Sometimes I don’t even fully understand why it still hurts so much, but it does.

I crave love in a way that feels almost overwhelming. I want to be close to someone, to feel chosen, to feel safe. I imagine simple things—holding hands, being kissed, being looked at in a way that says “you matter to me.” I think about it so often that it becomes this quiet ache in the background of my life.

It’s strange, because I feel like a hopeless romantic, full of love to give, yet at the same time I feel the absence of that love so strongly. I want something soft and real, something where I don’t have to question how the other person feels.

Sometimes I wonder if I’m too much—too emotional, too intense, too full of longing. But these feelings are real. They’re a part of me. I just wish they didn’t hurt this much.

@Alexkorch2001

You are definitely not too much or nor do you feel too much.

It's ok to be a hopeless romantic but the most important thing, is learning a healthy way to be able to process intense emotions and being able to sit with them and manage them in your everyday life.

Welcome to cups 🩷🤗

Hey Alex! Thank you for sharing all of that, it takes a lot to put those feelings into words. You carry so much love and intensity inside you, and none of that makes you ‘too much.’ it just makes you someone who feels deeply. That longing you described, it’s real, and it makes sense. I’m glad you trusted this space with it. 😊💛
