Hello, first post!

I'm a late 40s man living near Osaka, dealing with getting unstuck and massive motivation/procrastination issues. ACEs, cPTSD, fear of success, etc. Ugh. Recently I've found Adult Children of Alcoholics and Dysfunctional Families, which has been kind of like a light bulb. I hope to get comfortable here and start to give and get some support.
