I'm Tom, 62 years young. Retired Paramedic in Grand Rapids Michigan. I've suffered with depression all my life. Last 10 years or so I've lived a mostly depression free life. Taking no meds even. I just want to share that there is hope in knocking depression down, but knowing it will never totally go away.
