@LlamaLizz Thank you very much. I just think I have spent the last 25 odd years trying to cope with everything myself and now it has become a little too much.

@Shazzyk6610 I hear you, that’s a very long time 💛. What do you usually do to cope? Is there anything you think would help you take control of your emotions and make things less overwhelming?
