Hi everyone. I'm new here and I just thought I would say hello and write up a brief introduction of what I am doing here!
I have recently dealt with infidelity for the first time in my relationship and I am feeling struggling to deal with the aftermath. I don't really feel comfortable discussing what happened with anyone in my private life, so here I am.
It's massively knocked my confidence and self-esteem. I keep having lingering unwanted thoughts that the situation has made me feel completely inferior towards the man my girlfriend cheated with.
Just looking for someone to speak with because I could do with it. 😣
