I NEED HELP
I’m 13 years old. Last year in June a guy proposed to me, but then in August, we broke up because I saw him with another girl. That relationship was really toxic for me, I was crying all the time in it as I expected a lot from him. After the break up we had some misunderstandings and he said that he would viral my pics, he was really rude and abused me. I didn’t believe that he can act like this with me. A few people said he viral the pics and few said he didn’t. I don’t know what happened. It was not about the pics, what hurts me the most was the change in his behavior. I could never express myself to that guy, how much I loved and trusted him, how much I cared for him, or could just ask him why it happened. Our school somehow get to know about the matter so my parents were called twice. After it, my parents don’t trust me at all, I lost all my confidence, and even now I go to school I get panic, all of a sudden all these things hit me, things like suicide have already crossed my mind, I did self-harm, cried a lot, get panic attacks, overthinking. I have suffered a lot. I somehow lose myself. I have to smile at my house and stay happy every time if I’m not for any reason my parents will ask me thousands of questions and feel that some guy must be a reason behind it, I can't answer any more questions, can't share anything with them. My parents expect a lot from me. I believe that I could never be a good daughter, sister, student, lover, or friend. I’m just a failure. Now it is the same time when all those things happen, everything is badly hitting again.
As we are in the same school, I see that guy almost every day. At starting it was really difficult for me to move on and it’s getting more difficult now. I wish I could just open up myself to my parents and that guy. I have a lot more to share but just don't have words to write it down. PLEASE HELP!
@stranger81 First of all, suicide is not a solution to life's problems. Just understand that if you end your life that guy who you described above will not be at a loss for the slightest amount. The only one who suffers will be the one who had truly loved you and you know he hadn't ever. As we say the best reply that is needed to be given to someone who doesn't wishes us to remain happy is to live our life to the fullest. Moving on is not easy when we were sincere with someone and I know that. But the show must go on. So accept the reality and let it be. Think that he doesn't deserve you. Never feel bad for what had happened. It's going to be all okay.
