When trying to connect with a listener I can't find any option to specify what my issue is exactly. For example I know that when members are waiting for a listener to chat with them the listener can see the category they want help with e.g. Anxiety, Adhd, Lgbtq issues etc but i can't seem to be able to add that feature when i press Start New Chart button to connect with a listener..Any help?

@coolMoonyboy In this case, you can write your issue in the writing space below, so that the listeners can see it.
