@jlamonl01 I understand how you feel. Keep talking about how you're feeling. And access therapy if you can. Sounds like there's something deep bothering you inside that you're not aware of or don't understand yourself.
Take a walk around your room, move your body, reach 1000 steps and 2000 the next day and so on. Then move to next step, go aout and take a walk outside, early in the morning when no one is awake yet. Clean your room, move things around and change it. Talk to a friend even if for a a stupid thing, and talk to someone who is a stranger to you, maybe here in 7cups, talk about anything.
And no matter what.. Don't hate your self and your body, you're who you are and you should accept yourself so you can manage to make any difference if you want to.

Hello, I may get your feelings. Sometimes it seems normal to feel lonely, especially at night. I used to watch short videos to kill time. But the result is that I may laugh when I watch the videos, I feel more depressed after that. In my perspective, it is better to find the reason why you are feeling lonely and be brave to face it. Please accept yourself, you are the one no others can imitate. I used to be laughed at and left out since I have freckle on my face and body. But my mom always encourages me, it is symbols of my family. As I grow up, when I meet more and more people, I find that actually there are no so many people cares about freckles. They believe me for my ability and characteristic, I become more confident and make lots of friends now. In addition, it is not an embarrassing thing to be overweight. I have seen people trying tight-fitting cloths and upload their dress on the website. Be confident! Anyway, set a small goal and achieve it, and say to yourself, good job! Glad to see you posting here. You are so brilliant to take actions rather than avoid it.

I'm really sorry to hear that you're feeling this way. It's important to prioritize your mental and emotional well-being. Here are a few steps you could consider:
1. **Reach Out for Support**: While it might be tough to talk to your parents or friends, consider confiding in someone you trust. Sometimes sharing your feelings with others can offer relief.
2. **Professional Help**: If you're comfortable, seeking guidance from a mental health professional, such as a therapist or counselor, can provide you with the tools to cope and manage your feelings.
3. **Establish a Routine**: Creating a daily routine can help provide structure and a sense of purpose. Set regular sleep and wake times, and incorporate small, achievable tasks throughout the day.
4. **Physical Activity**: Engaging in regular physical activity, even if it's just a short walk, can boost your mood and energy levels.
5. **Healthy Habits**: Focus on making small, positive changes to your diet and lifestyle. It's important to be kind to yourself and work on self-acceptance.
6. **Mindfulness and Relaxation**: Practicing mindfulness, meditation, or deep breathing exercises can help reduce stress and anxiety.
7. **Creative Outlets**: Engage in hobbies you enjoy, whether it's drawing, writing, playing an instrument, or any other creative activity.
8. **Avoid Isolation**: While it's okay to have alone time, make an effort to connect with people, even if it's online or through social media.
9. **Set Realistic Goals**: Start with achievable goals each day to build a sense of accomplishment and regain motivation.
Remember, seeking help is a sign of strength, and you don't have to go through this alone. If you're struggling to find motivation or your feelings persist, consider reaching out to a mental health professional for guidance tailored to your situation.
