Introduction
Hello.
I am a 25 years old male from Czech Republic and one of my tasks for today is to introduce myself.
I work as an cultural technician; I am responsible for the technical side of various cultural events, e. g. audio engineering or operating lights. I play the guitar and make boom bap beats. I also like to workout.
The reasons that brought me here are low-self esteem, pathological jealousy, procrastination and depression. I don't believe in myself and I don't believe people. I have trust issues and I often judge others. I also can't get anything done.

Hi.
I am 53 yrs old. I come from a background of long term addiction and am now clean for 16 months. I am also a musician, guitarist and a music teacher. I have always had to adjust somehow to some of these issues you mention and I am an introvert by nature.
I had to consciously make many changes to myself and do a 180 and an living a more satisfying life today. I share my experience, strength and hope at the rehab centre which made this possible, with newcomers.
I joined here to see if I could pass on some of my own experiences to help others which in turn would also help in my own personal growth. I'm from India. Always ready for an honest chat.
