I suffer from anxiety depression and psychosis
Hi,
I suffer from anxiety , depression and psychosis. The listeners don't talk much in this platform. I have been dealing with these for 7 years now. I went to the psychiatrist on my own to get diagnosed. She is okay. But I don't think she takes care of all my mental issue. But she is the best one I got. I have tried talking on *** and IRC mental health support groups but they didn't helped much. Or they didn't responded much.
These 3 illness crippple me and I cannot progress in life. I am unemployed and 33 years old. I have no money and just surviving. I get scared and anxious with even little challenges in life. 😞

I am sorry you didn’t have good conversation with Listener. Was it with more than one? I have found it difficult to find a proper Psychiatrist \ Therapist myself. My last one retired and I have been struggling also, so I feel your pain on that.
