I was diagnosed with GAD four years ago, but I know I've had it all my life. I had an awful nighttime anxiety/panic attack night before last. I went looking for help, and found 7cups highly recommended on a reputable health website. In 24 hours, I have already experienced improvement, including being more patient with myself.
