(Make a pep talk for yourself)
Hello everyone, I would love to share a fresh thought with you all! I therefore ask that you all take a moment out of your day to either compose a pep talk and read it later in the day, or to give yourself one. Because it can assist you in a variety of ways, like realizing your significance and your role in the world, among other things. You must learn to handle your self-doubt if you want to accomplish your goals. I know a lot of you doubt yourself; heck, I do it too. Because I will always be able to see it, I am writing one for myself here. "Hey, Madison I am aware of how wonderful your life is at the moment, but it doesn't imply it is finished. There is no end to life, therefore you have to keep going and pushing yourself. I'm pleased that you plan to enroll in college courses the next year in order to become future ready. However, remember to give it your all. I am aware that life might provide unexpected challenges, but I am confident in your ability to overcome them. You could wonder, "Why?" Since you are Madison Wright, I am confident that you can do anything you set your mind to, regardless of how impossible it may seem from a distance."- Madi. In the end, all you need to do is believe in yourself as much as I do, so don't forget to take a moment to write one. I'll end now, Madi

What a beautiful idea.
I've made one and my nephew made one, he really enjoyed reading it.
Such a great idea.
Thank you for sharing 💚🤗

@Amanda84 thank you so much! And I'm really glad that you took the moment to do that and found that happiness.

Very inspiring idea, oddly enough I used to do similar before cycling and running races and often coached cyclists to do the same.
Just finished my post night shift bacon roll, I know not the healthiest choice but needed this morning, I'll do this when I wake up or maybe after my treadmill run.
@RunningMachine Thank you! And I hope that you have a good day and thanks for wanting to do this idea it means a lot to me.

I'm pleased, done now but it is for my ears only, it would make your hair curl 😉😉

Not working today so a bit more free time. I'm a former racing cyclist and coach, your post is very similar to a key concept from a psycholgist, Prof Steve Peters in his book 'The Chimp Paradox'. Hs techniques have been largely attributed to the success of the Great British track cycling teams from 2008 onwards and were essentially based on mindfully focusing on the controllables and visualisation of success.
I've heard once that doubt will always be there. But the key is to not let it stop you. I really like what you shared because it reminded me that that's just part of the journey and it's okay, we all experience it.
