@Joe1100 I take care of myself before anyone else. I choose me over others. You have to do for yourself before you can do for others. I know my worth and what I bring to the table, and still focusing on helping myself as well as others. I'm striving to be the best version of myself, and never want to go back to who I was previous. A lot of things, it depends on what your situation is too.
