It sounds like two measures of intellect. 1) Getting what you want. 2) Wanting the right thing.
Let me add a bit more: 3) Prioritizing which right things to do first. 4) Understanding how to support others while they journey towards wisdom and recognizing what is right.
The list can be extensive, including how to select the best avocado.
