Hi there, if you are looking for someone to listen, click on the speech bubbles at the menu at the bottom part of the app. From there you can choose one of the group formats or one of the solo chat formats. You can browse through them and observe to see what works best for you.
They also have a paid option to talk to a licensed therapist.

there are two separate PPL here at 7 cups one is member I assume that is you and other is listener, you can opt for a listener and they can compassionately listen to your struggles and be with you
