Heyy everyone I'm a newbie here.
Lately I've been having a lot of problems with my overthinking. It doesn't let me concentrate on the stuff I have to. Overthinking has effected my relationship with my family partner and friends.
And I wanna be a good listener too. I talk a lot and listen less. I've hurt the ppl I love due to this.
I'm looking forward to make new friends coz I barely have 3 friends.
