Online session versus traditional

Hey, as I'm going to be a first-time online patient, I would like to hear some testimonials from those who have done it. I don't feel 100% secure, but have no choice, as I can't travel long-distance now for the therapy. So I was advised to apply on this platform: https://p-s-y.online/ and most of the chances will do them as they seem to be legit and fully licensed. Can your anxiety and post-trauma depression be held via web-cam and treated without physical presence?

@quickwittedPlum7896 Hi Plum! I hope you are doing well! I am proud of you for wanting to start therapy! While I think that virtual therapy can be just as good as doing it in person, that website seems a little off. It could be completely valid, but it's weird that they don't provide any last names of the therapists or directly show their certifications. Can you call your health insurance and see if they have any referrals they can give you? Psychology Today also has a directory where you can search for therapists in your area! I hope this helps! Good luck!
