Hi. I was wondering how do I delete my account, I found this place under recomendation for mental health but it is not desighned to help with Suic!dal ideation and Suic!dal tendencies. Crisis lines wount help and there are not many resources for this. So I just wanna leave.

Deactivating your account
Go to your Settings page on web view, scroll to the bottom, and click the Self-Care Break link there.
Deleting your account
If you're on app, there's a button on the side that allows you to remove your account and asks for confirmation.
If you're on web, you would need to send an e-mail request from the e-mail address that you used when you created the account, to: community@7cups.com
