System of human psyche

Hi.

I'm recovering after hard doctor's error for more than half a year.

The mistake disabled my legs and my memory by nervous system and brain attack.

Things are getting back to normal, but it's the ordeal.

I want to know how to stabilize myself AND I want to understand how psyche works in general terms.

Can you please share the sources about psyche for beginners?
