What do you think this means?

@BlatantHonesty This is an interesting quote. What I think it means is that if you follow directions from another without thinking, you are refusing to trust your instinct. It means if you follow through with something and ignore your own brain, you are not thinking for yourself. 

This quote encourages people to think before they follow. I think the idea behind this quote is the same idea behind why people don't like schools and other systems of high obedience (i.e. the Canadian military).
