Here's some valuable wisdom I've gleaned over the years:
The world isn't cruel, or black. Other people are.
Don't blame God because He doesn't let bad things happen to you. The Devil does. If you find yourself under constant misfortune, don't blame God or his Son. Lay blame at the Devil's feet and let faith guide you to better paths.
If you're not a religious person, then trust in the process. The universe will answer. Sometimes what we perceive as a bad thing happening to us actually turns out to be good in hindsight.
