logical thinking and depression
Hi,
Somewhere I read that 50% of people who suffer from depression face difficulty in cognitive function…
What are some of your personal strategy that you've followed to mitigate and to improve upon your problem besides exercise, meditation, diet?
Thank you :)

Hi! It's great that you're looking for ways to improve your cognitive function if you're facing difficulties. Here are some additional strategies that people have found helpful in managing depression and improving cognitive function:
Getting adequate sleep
Challenging negative thoughts through therapy or self-reflection
Engaging in activities you enjoy or taking up a new hobby
Seeking support from friends, family, or a support group
Limiting alcohol and caffeine intake
Practicing mindfulness or deep breathing exercises
Seeking professional help, such as therapy or medication.
It's important to note that everyone's experiences with depression and its impact on cognitive function are unique, and what works for one person may not work for another. It's a good idea to work with a mental health professional to determine the best course of action for your individual needs!
@affectionateDog1862 I use mindfulness. That seems to help. But, what works for one, may or may not work for another. So please keep that in mind.
