i wake up in the morning immediately grab my phone to get distracted or feel in control, if i eliminate end up getting overwhelmed with thinking about something/everything

its the most random things at times, like how people there is so much to do, things i would not know that exist,

one morning i started worry about

how people that give advice on tech forum (on how to troubleshoot your tech issues) etc how do they know that stuff, when where did they learn it and what are my things where i know have similar information about something

and its not these thought i have an issue with rather how i feel thinking about them, i get anxious not knowing how to feel calm,

Heilà

I get where you're coming from.

Waking up and grabbing your phone to avoid all the overwhelming thoughts sounds like me lol

We live in a world full of information and possibilities, and it can definitely feel like there's just too much to think about. It's okay not to know everything.

People who give tech advice on forums? They probably learned bit by bit, just like you'll gather your own knowledge over time.

It's perfectly okay to feel anxious about all these thoughts. Maybe starting your day with doing something you enjoy, could help ease that feeling.

You don't have to tackle everything at once.

Sending you a lot of positivity energy! You've got this🦅

I am sure you know this but I am here to remind you that you can stop for a minute, look around, you are probably in a safe space; hear the sounds and noises, probably nothing to disturbing; notice the feelings in your skin a body, probably some pressure, some temperature feeling, some light touch of the cloths and the air; take a breath and smell the air around you, nothing in particular; notice your thoughts like clouds passing through the sky, some white and fluffy, some big, dark and slow.... and the minute(s) is over and you can go on :)
