Changes

Where to begin with this...well, first off, I would dub myself The Boss and see to it that I have an introductory theme play whenever I walk in. Gotta have an entertaining start. :P
From there, the crunch work begins. Devote more resources to cracking down on finding a cure for cancer, for one. Weed out and uproot corruption, for another. Distribute the wealth more evenly, for a third. Establish proper shelters for the homeless, for a fourth. The list goes on.
@zealousGrace5023 If I ran the world, I would want to bring more freedom and autonomy to those people who may be less fortunate than others. It's hard to see people, especially women, who don't have the opportunities that should be a God-given right. Education and the autonomy to their own bodies, among other things, should not be up for debate.
@fruityPond7887 now that is a change i can get behind
making affordability for see mental health therapist a universal price and universal equality. I can’t stand that if I need to see a therapist and they are expert at their field that it would cost $500 per visit. So that’s something I would change.

to have my Sister back
To protect the natural rights of each and every individual.. By instituting a government restricted in size and force to exactly that, and nothing more. Exactly as the government of the United States of America was intended, and is no more.
In pursuit of that aim, abolition of all central banking, and prohibition against fractional-reserve fiat currency subject to inflation of the money-supply. Inflated currency robs the populace of economic liberty and personal autonomy. Karl Marx wrote: "the most certain way to destroy any society is to grind the people between the stones of inflation and taxation".
From there, the natural interests of a free people will work out everything else in the interest of all. Failing that, there will be blood.
No government has rightful authority over a free and sovereign people outside the charter of protecting their natural rights. The very purpose of government is to protect the weak from the strong, to protect the individual from the majority. And NOTHING more.
The sad part is that most pay about 20% of their income in (income) taxes and believe that's the extent of it. But that's only the beginning of your true tax burden...
Corporations pay taxes under corporate law, right? Wrong. Corporations collect tax from you and I. That's part of the very definition of incorporation. No corporation actually pays a penny of tax. They add their tax onto the price of products and services we buy. Those taxes are part of their cost of doing business, like all other costs they bear. If they did not pass those costs onto the consumer they could not stay in business. They are just the collector of the tax that YOU actually pay.
And on that you must add inflation. Price-inflation is in reality taxes we pay on money we have not yet even earned. It's the cost to government of spending the money they have not yet taxed from us.
So your supposed ~20 % in personal income tax is in reality more like 75% plus. Except you/we don't see it. The difference is hidden behind artificial constructs intended to prevent people from revolting, which they eventually would if the sum total of all that taxation were obvious.
You are bound to obey a massive body of coercive (tax) laws you can't even understand.. under threat of violent force. Think about that.
How any human beings could ever be convinced that any government has the lawful authority to force the citizenry to give an annual accounting of their private lives is beyond my comprehension. How AMERICANS could ever be convinced of this is surreal, beyond belief.
This is the 21st century and we still have massive poverty, homelessness, and even hunger in the wealthiest nation on earth, the wealthiest society by far in all of human history. And corrupt currency built on incomprehensible laws are the cause of that... the ONLY cause.
I would have more access to mental health treatment also treatment for substance abuse. And build more shelters for the homeless .
