How Did You Discover 7 Cups?
For myself, I believe I was searching something in google regarding online support or online counseling. With my background in psychology (and trauma), I wanted to sort of pay it forward and try to help others. 3 years later, I truly feel like I have. :)

I'm so glad you became a listener! I had pretty much the same experience as you when I first signed up as well; it really is amazing to me that, in helping other people, we are in actuality helping ourselves.
