Why do people not cry I don't cry I don't cry because it makes me feel weak less then insignificant and it wasn't my think I bottle my emotion inside and don't say I love you do u cry and if you don't why

For many years I didn't. My mother said to not, and so that it is what I had learned. I have since come to realise that crying is important, and valuable as a way to release pain that others put in you.
And, furthermore, I really enjoy the moments of happy-cry when I feel deep emotional appreciation. It's a stunning lovely experience.
