Productivity ✨

I think the most important productivity hack I learned recently is recognizing that people have a tendency to overstate their level of productivity; once we recognize this, I find that the social comparisons we make tend to have a slight less negative impact on us because we know that what we're seeing/hearing is in fact exaggerated or at the very least, does not represent the entire picture.
Personally, I believe that we also need to change the way we define productivity - it's more than just about output and numbers to me. Spending time with a friend? I think that's productive. Taking the time to listen to others on 7 Cups and really connect with them? That's productive. Finally getting to that book you love? That's also productive.
Rather than chasing productivity, I think what's more important is chasing our passions and the things that genuinely bring us a sense of fulfillment. Once we have those things locked down, productivity will automatically follow.
This is just my two-cents :)

The 3/4 rule has been coming in really handy recently especially on super long study sessions. It kind of goes like you spend 45 minutes working and 15 minutes relaxing. For me personally I try hard on my 45 minute and 15 minutes feels like a reward. It also keeps my mind fresh longer so I can sit through these sessions.
