What brought me to 7 cups was stress and burnout. It was deepset bad and unhealthy habits that brought me here. I started out as a member and found the community peaceful and joined in as a listener, to help others on 7 cups as I was helped.

@Heather225 I joined after a nervous breakdown for help. I feel like I haven't gotten any but at the same time some. I've picked up little tricks here, I try to make others laugh, and I have cool friends to chat with.

After I lost hope, I was finding a community chat for fun. Fun is better than loneliness. I asked ChatGPT, and here I am. Over 1 year. Scary at first

My journey with 7 cups started more than 5 years ago.  I was looking for a place where I can be anonymous but still be able to talk to people who share the same situation with regards to mental health.

Hi, I'm really glad I can share my part here. What brought me here: I was doing that deep conversations people do with AI these days and I asked it about mental health platforms and it suggested me this. I was really intrigued to know there's such place where people can communicate without feeling bad of themselves, and there are people who are contributing to this platform.

I'm looking forward to be a part of communities here, and be a good listener.
