Support song in hard times

Hey,

how is everybody doing? ❤️

When I'm in pain or feel depressed there is always a playlist waiting for me to support me. I just need this music to feel a little better-it's actually really a tiny bit I'm feeling better, but without this I don't know what I've already done.

So do you have such a playlist or only a song, which makes you feel like the world is better than it actually is?

Just curious... 😊

I have a few songs, actually. This first song is by Hoshimachi Suisei, it’s really good, one of the songs that made me want to start playing drums. It’s called “GHOST”

this second song I heard yesterday from a super good singer friend of mine. She literally had the one solo in the entire school concert. Absolute legend. It’s called “My Fire” by Sam Ock. It’s so nice to listen to. I also caught the Covid yesterday and had a very high fever. It really helped me relax even though I felt like trash.

here’s the song: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=cTJltok7nZU

My song is the slowed instrumental of Lean On by Major Lazer. I love it, it gives me hope and makes me optimistic.

Yes, I do. Sayoko by Mikoto-P. It’s what my username is based off. It’s quite a dark song, but I find deep comfort in that as it feels someone understands me. It also has really good drums and overall the sound of it is everything I love, if that makes sense.

I have some other songs too, but that’s what came to mind and what I’m listening to now. ^^

Old fashioned American blues music has a way to make your troubles seem not so bad. Here is a favorite. You can hear the pain in Skip James voice when he bends his notes as sings.

Another is American folk music. Has a way to describe life’s pains in ways other music doesn’t. Here’s a Bob Dylan song that I play on repeat and imagine being in this guys shoes when I’m down. The ever driving steady guitar hammers like a nail while this guys life deteriorates. Seems to help me validate my own struggles too. I relate in my own ways when in despair.
