It used to connect me right away but lately Ill try to chat with 10 different listeners and Id be waiting forever and have to cancel each one. Is there a reason why this is happening?
@MysteriousAdaptation I've had some difficulty with the phone app but the browser version seems to be working.
Please don't take it personally, I'm hearing it's frustrating. If you are waiting longer than 10 minutes for any listener I would say there is something wrong. If you are choosing a particular listener it could be much longer, obviously.

actually I have to wait for a really really long time too. I think maybe its got something to do with the timing? Maybe not many listeners are as active as they are at the time you request em. Ive got about a 12 hour gap with most people on here, so if its 6pm for me itll be 6am for them and thats the kind of time I usually have to wait the longest to connect to even one listener, which sucks.

Ah OK. Is it the same for you, MA? I'm in the UK which is EST +4 or 5 so perhaps we bridge the gap here a bit.
