Thank you, I can but try. Joined a spin class today, it was just me and James, the trainer, poor guy won't repeat that in a hurry. I lead the session off my heart rate, he was a sweaty mess within 10 minutes 🤪🤪🤪. My 10k run wasn't bad either 😁😁😁
